Our Quality Control
Delicia, S.A. works with a strict processing system to satisfy "DUE
DILIGENCE" requirements from its customers. All our fruit is left
to ripen on the trees and is harvested at the best time to obtain
unsurpassed quality of mature fruit. After the harvest, the fruit is
transported to our processing plant in our own trucks.
Each year, the company
produces a program to determine what chemicals should be used in every
step of production. A group of trained agronomists is responsible for
sanitary maintenance of farming and harvest procedures. All our fruit is
left to ripen on the trees and is harvested at the best time to obtain
unsurpassed quality of mature fruit. After the harvest, the fruit is
transported from our farm to our processing plant in our own trucks.
